Why sell at auction?
Selling at auction offers a fast, secure way to achieve the best price for your property, with no hassle and competitive bidding.
Our flexible auction routes
Choose between the modern method of auction (MMOA) for flexible timelines and wider buyer appeal, or the traditional auction for a quick, secure sale with immediate completion.
Modern Method of Auction (MMOA)
This is our most popular auction method as it combines Private Treaty and auction elements. It provides the speed, transparency and security of a traditional auction, but exchange and completion take place within 56 days from receipt of the draft contract.
